Musician’s Royalties Portal Part 2: Design – Statement Experience

As UX Director at Isadora Agency from Nov 2021 to Jan 2024, I led a team in developing the Music Royalties Portal. We focused on user-friendly experiences for artists and managers to view and export earnings statements. Usability tests revealed overall success, but highlighted the need for clearer financial terminology and UI improvements in filtering and exporting features for both user personas.
